it's Loykratong Festival~!
it wasnt the floating of the kratongs...
it wasnt the gd feeling to be home....
but i'm happy be coz it was the first bbq for my (mother side) family! and it was located at the beach, own by my extremely rich cousin!

the kids went there for lunch, i was one of them obviously
^^ i'm young and innocent~!
must realli praise my niece n nephews...
they dare go play under the scorching sun of 1pm ToT
the adults were hiding under the small hut talking crabs
it was nothing until abt 3 pm
when my cousin's friend decided to take our pictures
and it started with my cousins jump-kick against each other
she make the pic into very nice sequence!
thanks to her!

we played captain ball at abt 4 pm
obviously...my team ( all teenagers) won with perfect score!
but it wasnt fair though
when my nephew (5) carried the ball and pass to the keeper
we must let him score or else...he gonna cry ToT
haiz......so cute

another picture marathon when the sun was setting
it was exhausting xp
we kept retaking retaking until we told her we were tired of jumping! then she stop and pick the best one i suppose

then we waited for the kratongs to b imported from the city to the beach by my aunt. we ordered total of 30 kratongs! OoO half were made of bread while other half were made of banana stem and banana leaves. i dint bring down my phone when we floated the thing...ltr drop into the sea sad sad lah...dont risk better. the tide was so low that we had to walkkkkkkk al the way until damn far. (the pic below the kratong shows ppl walking on the sand, if u can see...)

i was suppose to stay there too, but i gt to go celebration the next day, sooo too bad too sad T^T

Loykratong is the festival we carried out to pray the water goddess, for obvious reason rite?? so no need say ^^

below are the videos during the fre works thingy. we spent like 2500 baht (s$100+) on the fire work! and they were magnificient! singapore DONT HAVE wuahahaha!!!

this one is the firework call 'jar' we gt the biggest one damn nice!

this one is the finale (there were more but ltr com lag lah x.x) dint know the shop gt such nice firework...

last but not least. my cousin bought the thai lanterns fron chiangmai. and it was the kids' responsibility to let it float. and we did! the first one (not my grp) almost gt stuck in the tree and gt burn. the lantern suppose to carry our wishes into the sky...far far beyond......

i was the one in blue-top white-bottom (incase u dont know lol)

btw...forgt to tell ya...fireworks are illegal in thailand! xp
